Your account was not set up because we were missing one or more pieces of information about your business.  In most cases, it was an email address.  Your email address will be used for your username, order confirmations, and password changes. 

If a generic company email address (i.e. info@mycompany.com) is available for use, we recommend you use it to set up the account.  This allows multiple people to place orders and check order status.  If you have multiple store locations, we recommend setting up an account for each store.  Since each location has a different account number, the email address used for each account can be the same or it can be unique for each account.
